Pajama Good-bye party!

One of the volunteers from our Home, Glenn (front left), has moved up to Birmingham to help with the projects of our centre there.
To show our appreciation for the time he spent with us, we had a special Italian dinner, and we all showed up to dinner in our bathrobes as was Glenn's morning custom.

We love and miss him!

Christmas Open House 2008

Today was a very eventful day...


We celebrated Christmas! - - We hosted an open house where there were over 50 of us, children included.

As you can see, we are a little bit zonked, yet full of smiles...

At the end is a picture of Maria and I in our caroling outfits. Those are the clothes I wore the most often this December, but I have to say that caroling was my favorite part of Christmas, in spite of the cold and other obstacles.
We received so much appreciation for bringing the joy of Christmas to peoples doors, and I hope to do so again next Christmas and all throughout the year!
